The Watches of Switzerland is proud to announce the return of Mappin & Webb to Birmingham, marking a new chapter for one of Britain’s most prestigious jewellers.
After more than 20 years, Mappin & Webb returns to the city with the opening of its new Birmingham showroom, located beneath the historic Burlington Hotel on New Street. Just moments from the city’s renowned Jewellery Quarter, the showroom celebrates the deep connection between the brands’ craftsmanship and Birmingham’s long-standing reputation for creativity and design excellence.
Following a seven-month refurbishment, the new 260sq m showroom has been meticulously designed to offer a world-class collection of luxury watch and jewellery brands within a refined and immersive environment. Key interior features include a dedicated hospitality bar, private consultation areas and statement chandelier and architectural detailing which pay homage to the building’s historic character.
In a first for the city, the introduction of an external Rolex clock reinforces the century-long partnership between the two iconic brands. A dedicated Rolex area is located at the heart of the showroom – a space designed to immerse clients in the world of Swiss watchmaking excellence. Here, visitors can explore the full breadth of Rolex’s legendary collections – reflecting the brands uncompromising standards of precision, durability and design innovation.
We are also proud to house a carefully curated selection of Rolex Certified Pre-owned watches within this showroom. Each pre-owned timepiece undergoes rigorous authentication and meticulous servicing by the brand and is accompanied by a two-year international guarantee, providing complete assurance and peace-of-mind to discerning clients.
Additionally, the showroom features luxury timepieces from brands including IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, TAG Heuer and Tudor; revered brands which individually share unique heritage and craftsmanship.
