The company has opened an experience-focused concept store at Kai Tak Sports Park, marking the latest evolution of its store format in one of the city’s emerging lifestyle and sports hubs.

The larger-format outlet is designed to cater to both nearby residents and visitors to the Sports Park, retaining 7-Eleven’s core convenience proposition while introducing features to drive discovery and longer in-store dwell time.

In addition to its ready-to-eat hot food and 7Cafe offerings, the store has expanded into new merchandise categories, including trendy collectibles, toys and blind boxes.

The layout includes a series of themed zones, including a Fun Zone targeting K-pop fans with idol merchandise and collectible card machines, as well as a dedicated Pet Zone offering accessories, snacks and chilled gourmet pet cakes from Lifetastic Petisserie.

“This opening marks another step in how 7‑Eleven Hong Kong continues to stay ahead, stay relevant and stay close to our customers,” Patrick Lui, MD of 7-Eleven HK and Macau at DFI Retail Group, said in a statement.
