The East Midlands premier retail and leisure destination Derbion has announced that UK footwear specialist Office has signed a 10-year lease for a 6,444sq ft store.
Established in 1983, Office prides itself on its unique product range created by its in-house designs and global brand partnerships, all of which are recognisable by their individuality, design and quality.
Today Office has over 85 stores across the UK and Ireland alongside an evolving e-commerce platform, helping it to grow its reputation as a fashion leader on the British high street stocking popular names such as adidas, Nike, Birkenstock, UGG, New Balance and Asics.
Office becomes the latest fashion chain to sign at Derbion with the retail destination recently welcoming FatFace, Crew Clothing, Victoria’s Secret and Seasalt over recent months as well as announcing Primark will be relocating to a newly created 40,000sq ft store next year.
The growth in fashion brands coming to Derbion coincides with wider investment across Derby city centre which is set to attract more residents, businesses and tourism to the city further growing the potential shopper base.
This comes as Derbion’s footfall continues to rise thanks to its diverse F&B and leisure offering which includes the recently opened Social Sports Society and Flo Skatepark which are attracting visitors from across the East Midlands and beyond.
