Saudi Arabia has opened the Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA, the first of nine resorts planned at the Red Sea wellness destination this year.
Saudi Arabia has officially opened the first resort at AMAALA, marking a major milestone for one of the Kingdom’s flagship tourism developments and advancing its ambitions to become a global destination for luxury wellness travel.
Red Sea Global announced the opening of Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA in Triple Bay, the first operational property within the destination and the latest addition to the Kingdom’s expanding Red Sea tourism portfolio.
The launch represents the transition of AMAALA from development into full operations and forms part of Red Sea Global’s wider strategy to position Saudi Arabia as a leading destination for transformative luxury tourism.
The opening establishes AMAALA as Red Sea Global’s second flagship destination and begins a new phase for the project, which stretches along Saudi Arabia’s northwestern Red Sea coastline. AMAALA has been designed as a luxury wellness destination focused on transformative experiences and holistic wellbeing.
John Pagano, CEO of Red Sea Global Group, said: “The opening of the first resort at AMAALA represents a defining moment in bringing our vision to life. By delivering this world-class project on schedule, we demonstrate how regenerative development can successfully combine economic ambition with meaningful environmental and social impact. This achievement reinforces Saudi Arabia’s standing as a destination for luxury wellness and premier transformative travel. This is only the beginning. We look forward to welcoming our first guests; opening additional resort and seeing AMAALA take its place among the world’s most prestigious luxury wellness destinations.”
