7 Brew Adding to its Footprint

The fast-growing drive-thru coffee chain, 7 Brew, is growing its footprint on the East Coast with New Jersey, New York locations being added to its development plans.

Real estate brokerage firm Ripco Real Estate has announced that 7 Brew has signed leases for five new locations across New Jersey and New York, continuing its aggressive expansion. The new stores will open in Upper Saddle River, Clark, Flemington and Newton, New Jersey, as well as West Haverstraw, New York, with several openings anticipated this summer.

Ripco says the new openings further 7 Brew’s expansion in “high-growth suburban retail corridors”. Since 2022, the chain has seen rapid growth, expanding from just 14 locations to more than 700 stores nationwide by 2026, with approximately 2,500 additional locations under development. Because of this, 7 Brew was recently named as America’s fastest-growing brand by Yelp based on surging consumer interest.

“7 Brew’s momentum has positioned it as one of the most closely watched concepts in the quick-service sector, driven by strong consumer demand for convenient, experience-oriented beverage offerings,” said Jake Frantzman, VP at Ripco Real Estate. “These new locations represent another significant step in 7 Brew’s continued growth throughout the Northeast. The brand’s energetic customer experience and efficient drive-thru format have made it an exciting addition to high-traffic retail markets across the region.”
