The mall has reported strong growth in visitor numbers and retailer demand since the beginning of 2026, reinforcing its position as one of South Doha’s fastest-growing shopping, dining and family destinations.
The mall recorded a 73 per cent increase in footfall during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday period and a 97 per cent increase during Eid Al-Adha, reflecting growing consumer interest and strengthening Doha Mall’s appeal among families, residents and visitors.
The continued growth has been supported by an expanding mix of retail, dining, leisure and service offerings, alongside a calendar of community-focused events and family experiences that have attracted increasing numbers of visitors from across Doha.
Retailer confidence in the destination has also continued to grow, with 30 new brands opening in recent months across fashion, beauty, home décor, sporting goods, jewellery, telecommunications, leisure and dining. Recent openings include Vodafone, Stradale Motors, Ajjiatic Asian grocer, Bravo Cricket, Solitaire Diamond Jewellery & Watches, Elora, Sivas, Basta Qatari Cuisine and Mlameh, which has selected Doha Mall for its first location in Qatar.
These additions complement a growing line-up of leading international, regional and local brands, including Jarir Bookstore, Centrepoint, Home Centre, R&B, Adidas, Skechers, LC Waikiki, Max and New Yorker.
Building on this momentum, Doha Mall will partner with Visit Qatar to host a three-month summer campaign running from July through September 2026. Under the slogan “Hala Summer”, the campaign will feature a dedicated family activity zone, roaming parades, interactive games with opportunities to win exclusive shopping vouchers and an exciting retail promotion designed to engage visitors throughout the summer season.
