The Label Yard Lands at LDO

London Designer Outlet (LDO) has announced that premium streetwear and modern fashion store The Label Yard is set to open a 773sq ft store after agreeing a short-term lease.

The Label Yard brings together stand out pieces from leading brands Pas De Monaco, Irasuto, Sedley and Human Race, all offering a distinct take on contemporary street style.

The arrival of The Label Yard further grows LDO’s fashion offering following the recent additions of Gap, Crocs, Columbia and New Era who have all come to the retail destination over the past 12 months.

It also follows the recent opening of Lovisa who have taken over the 969sq ft former Claire’s unit after signing a five-year lease. Lovisa’s opening at the beginning of April has seen it bring its array of designer women and men’s jewellery, alongside its waterproof collection to LDO shoppers.

Lovisa’s arrival followed a record-breaking VIP week for the One Wembley Park loyalty scheme with visitor numbers and sales up 130 per cent and 120 per cent respectively on last year. With over 3,500 new members signing up during the week, the scheme continues to highlight the growing importance of loyalty and the connection between shoppers and brands.

Matt Slade, Retail Director at Quintain, said: “Global and British fashion, sports and lifestyle brands perform incredibly well here, regularly outperforming their regional counterparts. Our shopper profile, which reflects a truly London and global visitor base of price-savvy, brand conscious shoppers, combined with the boost of year-round event footfall, ensures they are exposed to a greater diversity of visitors. The Label Yard is a great fit for our audience who are eager to explore new contemporary fashion offerings at affordable prices. This was highlighted during our recent VIP week which saw both brands and customers rediscovering the benefits of outlet retail. The continued addition of premium brands at discount prices will only further grow our customer base and make LDO even more desirable for retailers.”
