Victoria Leeds, the lifestyle destination owned and operated by Redical, has announced that British premium steak restaurant, The Cut & Craft, has completed the £15.M expansion of its Leeds restaurant, following its initial success at the destination.
Located in Victoria Quarter, The Cut & Craft now spans 12,375sq ft and includes the addition of two private dining rooms on the first floor, a new luxurious bar area, alongside a dedicated stage on the ground floor to cater to late-evening entertainment and live music.
The reinvestment will significantly elevate the guest experience, allowing for an extended menu of premium bar snacks and small plates, taking the overall number of covers to 370. This marks the first of its sites to undergo such an extensive investment and demonstrates Redical’s commitment to uplifting existing tenants, while reflecting Victoria Leeds’s position as a leading lifestyle destination with an outstanding F&B offer.
Equipped with deep blue furnishing details, brushed metalwork and a rich, heritage-infused palette, The Cut & Craft’s transformation is in keeping with the destination’s historic, Grade II listed features, remaining committed to providing a refined and luxurious atmosphere.
James Edmondson, Asset Manager at Redical, commented: “The Cut & Craft wholeheartedly demonstrates the standard and quality we work to cultivate and this significant reinvestment from the brand into Victoria Leeds demonstrates our continued commitment to supporting and nurturing independent businesses in the city.
“The brand’s significant expansion at the destination and comes as a direct result of its continued success within Victoria Quarter’s mixed-use space. It will not only enable them to serve a greater number of guests, but also reflects the level of confidence our hospitality tenants have in us as they seek ways to capitalise on the growing success of the destination.”
