The Seville-based fashion brand continues to drive its growth. After recently expanding its retail network in its home city, Scalpers is now setting its sights on the capital with the opening of a new store in the Plenilunio shopping centre.
The opening was managed in partnership with Klepierre Iberia, a company specialising in the promotion, development, leasing, ownership and management of shopping centres in Europe.
“We continue to advance Scalpers’ expansion plan with a new opening in one of Madrid’s prime shopping destinations, the Plenilunio shopping centre. Months of work that have now become a reality,” stated Lucas Trias de Bes González, Head of Real Estate & Expansion for the company, in a LinkedIn post.
The new store incorporates the brand’s latest store concept and offers a wide selection of the men’s and women’s collections. With this opening, Scalpers continues to strengthen its presence in Madrid, where it currently operates around forty points of sale, including its own stores and corners within El Corte Inglés department stores.
Founded in Seville in 2007, Scalpers began as a menswear brand, later expanding its offerings with the launch of its children’s line in 2012 and its women’s line in 2018. According to its latest financial data, the company closed fiscal year 2024 with a turnover of €220M, with projections to reach €300M during fiscal year 2025, driven by its national and international growth.
