Johanna Ortiz Lands in Dallas

The company has continued its expansion in the US, landing in Dallas with a new retail residency at Market, the multi-brand space located in Highland Park Village.

The space opened on 17 July at 26 Highland Park Village and according to the Dallas Business Journal, is planned as a long-term pop-up within Market’s residency program, extending the Colombian brand’s presence in Texas beyond the summer season.

In parallel with its Dallas launch, the brand is taking its collection to Nantucket with a special trunk show on the weekend of 18-19 July. The event, announced by the brand on its social media channels, will be held at The Vault Nantucket, located at 10 Easy Street, a special event for New York’s elite during the summer.

Johanna Ortiz is launching an ambitious expansion and positioning plan in the US. After opening her first flagship store outside of Colombia in New York in 2024, the designer expanded to Miami with a Bal Harbour shop and subsequently took her JO Caravan concept to The Grove in Los Angeles.

In addition to its expansion in the US, where the Colombian brand began its international journey, Johanna has strengthened its visibility in Europe with presentations and activations in Paris, the South of France and most recently, with its Fall/Winter 2026 collection presented in Madrid.

With a flagship store at 799 Madison Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, Johanna rubs shoulders with international luxury brands. Founded in Cali in 2003, the brand has cultivated a distinctive identity from Colombia, characterised by its tropical exuberance, artisanal craftsmanship and production closely linked to local talent.
