This debut in Downtown Beirut marks a pivotal moment in Lebanon’s dining scene, reflecting the rising demand for premium culinary experiences.
Scalini, the renowned Italian restaurant with a rich history dating back to the late 1980s in London, has officially launched its first branch in Lebanon, situated in Downtown Beirut.
The new location follows a strategic build-up on the brand’s social media platforms. This expansion marks a significant step for Scalini, which has evolved from a local favourite in Chelsea to an international group with locations across Gulf cities and Europe.
Founded in 1988 on Walton Street, Scalini established itself as a destination for classic Italian cuisine served in an inviting ambience. Over nearly four decades, the restaurant has cultivated a loyal clientele, leading to its expansion into key markets including Dubai, Doha, Cannes, Bahrain and Egypt.
The Beirut outlet retains the essence that has defined Scalini’s success, offering a menu featuring handmade pastas, fresh seafood, pizzas, antipasti and traditional Italian desserts. This commitment to timeless cooking traditions rather than ephemeral culinary trends is set to attract both local and international patrons.
