Located on Lwowska Street, one of Tarnów’s main transport routes, the scheme will deliver around 35,000sq m of gross leasable area (GLA) across nearly 30 retail and service units, including an Agata furniture store and a Cinema City multiplex.
Redkom Development has started construction of its retail park in Tarnów, appointing SPEC BAU Polska as general contractor.
“SPEC BAU Polska has extensive experience in commercial construction. We are confident they are the right partner to deliver this development to the quality and timetable we have set,” said Michał Szwedzicki, Project Director at Redkom Development.
Around 90 per cent of the retail space has already been secured. “The project has attracted a strong mix of well-established brands, creating a balanced offer that will serve both local residents and the wider region,” said Elżbieta Kutrasińska, Head of Leasing at Redkom Development. Confirmed occupiers include Lidl Polska, JULA, CCC, Worldbox and Shock Price (MODIVO S.A.), Rossmann, Martes Sport, Pepco, TEDi, Ochnik, Sinsay, Media Expert, RTV Euro AGD, Dr Materac, Xtreme Fitness Gyms and Cinema City.
Redkom Development has delivered around 100,000sq m of retail park space across Poland, including BIG Łubna, Ozimska Park, Comfy Park Bielik, Przystanek Karkonosze, BIG Dzierżoniów and Comfy Park Bydgoszcz. The company currently has three further projects under construction: Świderek Retail Park in Otwock, a retail and leisure development in Lublin and a retail park in Białystok, together delivering more than 50,000sq m of GLA, all scheduled to open before the end of 2026.
