Independent grilled chicken restaurant Cluck’d is set to open its first Leicester restaurant this August, marking the brand’s third UK location following the success of its restaurants in Milton Keynes and Norwich.
Known for its fresh, flame-grilled chicken and made-to-order menu, Cluck’d has built a loyal customer base with a menu featuring grilled chicken, loaded fries, wraps, rice boxes, handcrafted shakes and signature sauces, all prepared using fresh ingredients and bold flavours.
The Leicester restaurant will create more than 20 new jobs, bringing Cluck’d’s fresh approach to grilled chicken to one of the UK’s most diverse food cities.
Ricky Sahota, Founder of Cluck’d, said: “Leicester was a city we kept coming back to. It’s a place with a brilliant food culture, a diverse community and people who genuinely appreciate quality food, so it felt like the right place for our next restaurant. We’ve built Cluck’d around serving fresh, flavour-packed food that’s made to order and we’re excited to finally bring that to Leicester.
