The fifth edition of the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie Dubai will attract over 7,000 enthusiasts from 22-24 September 2026, highlighting industry innovations and sustainability trends.
Taking place at Madinat Jumeirah – Madinat Arena, the prominent event will unite over 7,000 chocolate, pastry and coffee enthusiasts, providing a unique platform for discovery within the region’s confectionery landscape.
Organised by HSME, the exhibition will span 3,500sq m, featuring more than 360 participating brands and 120 exhibitors showcasing a wide array of products and innovations.
The event plays a significant role in demonstrating the craftsmanship and creativity that characterise the industry, according to the managing director of HSME, who highlighted the immersive experiences designed to inspire and encourage exchange among visitors.
The programme includes not only a comprehensive exhibition but also engaging lifestyle experiences. Notably, the Chocolate Fashion Show will be a centrepiece, celebrating iconic musicians through the artistry of leading pastry chefs and designers.
Additionally, interactive workshops and live demonstrations will be hosted by industry experts, allowing attendees to delve into new techniques and trends.
