Hawaiian Bros Brings Aloha Spirit to Indianapolis

Hawaiian Bros Island Grill, the fast-growing, island-inspired brand known for its Hawaiian plate lunch, announced its 1 September opening in Indianapolis.

The new Hawaiian Bros restaurant is located on the southside of the city, near the Greenwood/Southport area (7910 S. U.S. Highway 31), along a busy retail and residential corridor. Joining the brand’s existing ghost kitchen that serves Downtown Indianapolis and near northside sections of the city, the restaurant offers convenient access for local residents, commuters and visitors to enjoy the brand’s viral signature plate lunches, including sweet and savoury chicken, pork and veggies, comfort food sides and tropical desserts. This opening marks a continuation of the brand’s strategic franchise growth across the country.

“Indy is clamoring for more of Hawaiian Bros and this opening serves as a fantastic way to bring it to the southside of the area,” said the operator leading Hawaiian Bros’ growth in Indianapolis. “Our Aloha Spirit and community focus are what keep guests coming back and I’m eager to introduce more people in Indy to what makes Hawaiian Bros special.”

Hawaiian Bros is known for its island-inspired plate lunch, which offers a variety of juicy chicken or pork glazed with sweet, savoury or spicy sauces, macaroni salad, fluffy steamed white rice, vegetables and tropical Dole Soft Serve®. With a commitment to avoiding fryers, microwaves and freezers, all menu items are prepared fresh in house with high-quality ingredients. The brand welcomes every guest with a friendly “Aloha” and remains dedicated to causes tied to Hawaiian culture and sustainability.

Since launching in 2018, Hawaiian Bros has grown to over 80 restaurants across 14 states, with the majority of locations franchisee owned and operated. There are nearly 300 additional restaurants under development agreements spanning 18 states and over 60 markets.
