Railpen Announces New Brands at Caledonia Park

The manager of the around £36bn railways pension scheme in the UK, Railpen, has announced the signing of Joules for its first Scottish outlet at Caledonia Park, alongside the opening of Belstaff.

Fashion brand Joules will open a 1,745sq ft store at Caledonia Park, marking its first Scottish outlet location, bringing its effortless British style to Scotland’s premium outlet destination. Spanning menswear, womenswear and childrenswear, the new store will offer Joules’ signature blend of timeless design, quality craftsmanship and contemporary country style. This addition delivers another well-loved fashion brand, offering customers even greater variety.

Belstaff has also launched its 2,500sq ft unit, sitting adjacent to Crew Clothing and Moss. The new store showcases the brand’s distinctive collections, including its signature outerwear, ready-to-wear and accessories. With a heritage rooted in British design and motorcycle culture, Belstaff adds a distinctive proposition to Caledonia Park’s growing fashion offer.

The arrival of two established British names reflects Railpen’s commitment to supporting British businesses, while continuing to strengthen Caledonia Park’s retail offer with brands that resonate and align with its varied customer base.

This leasing momentum is matched by strong commercial performance at Caledonia Park, with year-on-year sales up 3.8 per cent in August. Recent openings, including Superdry & Co’s first outlet and Crocs, have helped drive a particularly strong period for fashion and accessories, with category sales up 11.7 per cent year-on-year in August.

Alex Luker, Senior Asset Manager at Railpen, said: “Belstaff and Joules both reflect the calibre of brands we look to attract to Caledonia Park. They align closely with our long-term vision for the scheme and our understanding of a customer base seeking premium yet accessible brands. Securing Joules’ first outlet store in Scotland is a strong endorsement of the destination and its position as a leading outlet destination in the region.”
