ALO celebrated the grand opening of its Hong Kong flagship at K11 MUSEA, bringing together friends of the brand, including ALO Global Ambassador JISOO and international supermodels Ming Xi and Stella Maxwell, for an evening of fashion, wellness and community overlooking Victoria Harbour. The opening marks a significant milestone in ALO’s expansion across North Asia and reinforces Hong Kong’s role as a key market for the brand’s growing wellness community.
Guests experienced ALO’s signature wellness activations, including sound healing, journal customization, aura photography and fashion sketches by a local artist. The celebration was record-breaking thanks to the single largest drone performance over Victoria Harbour, featuring 3,000 drones.
This marked the official grand opening of ALO’s first Hong Kong location, following its September 25 soft opening. Spanning more than 7,000 square feet across two floors, the Sanctuary offers women’s and men’s apparel, footwear and accessories, including the ALO Bag Collection and ALO Sunglasses Collection.
The celebrations were throughout Grand Opening Weekend on October 17–18, inviting the community to explore the Sanctuary and enjoy consultations with a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, sound bowl healing, fashion sketches, journal customization and a live DJ set.
The weekend builds on ALO’s ongoing community programming across Hong Kong, including Pilates, yoga, ALO Runners Club, wellness walks and breathwork, as well as a partnership with Rosewood Hong Kong to host special yoga classes at Asaya, the hotel’s integrated wellness destination. The opening continues ALO’s growth across China and North Asia, following its digital launch in China in August and the opening of its Shanghai Zhangyuan pop-up.
