The Cergy-le-Haut shopping centre will offer 100,000 square meters of retail space by 2021, compared to 64,000 currently.

New spaces in which are already announced concept stores Adidas and Levi’s, already present in the offer of the shopping center, but also JD Sports and Kiabi, who are preparing to join it.

The project is part of the major local project that is the redevelopment of Cergy’s city centre. A modernization of the agglomeration core that will increase the number of inhabitants from 5,000 to 10,000, and 10,000 to 13,000 the number of jobs. Enough to encourage Les Trois Fontaines to strengthen its status as a local shopping destination, ultimately aspiring to attract 18 million annual visitors, against 13.5 million to date.

Initially as part of the general rise of “Food & Beverage” in commercial spaces, Hammerson will inaugurate in the spring of 2020 a food hall of 3.500 square meters, bringing together in one place 14 restaurants. For the entire project, the promoter puts 350 million euros on the table. Inaugurated in 1972 and rejuvenated in 2016, the shopping center will indeed open up and offer shop windows 4.5 meters high to facilitate the orientation of the place, while a roof flanked by glass and two skylights will strongly accentuate the natural light within the building.
