Multi Germany GmbH, part of Multi Corporation, a leading pan-European integrated service platform for retail real estate assets in Europe and Turkey, took over the management of Shopping Plaza in Garbsen, Vechte Arkaden in Nordhorn and City Rondell in Schwenningen as of 1 June 2019.
The mandates include full centre management as well as leasing. With this, Multi Germany succeeds in continuing its successful expansion in the field of external service mandates and gains a major new partner in the Corestate Capital Group, a leading European real estate investment management company.
