Not content with offering a venue for weddings, baptisms and holy communion, Rochester Cathedral in Kent has added crazy golf to its repertoire. The medieval nave has been transformed into an adventure course for the summer in a bid to attract a younger crowd, and encourage visitors to learn about the engineering behind the nearby Rochester Bridge.
Organisers have used the crossing over the River Medway as the main inspiration behind the nine-hole challenge, but it also features homages to similar local routes like the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge at the Dartford Crossing.
