The Stockholm-based brand has revealed its latest flagship store in Beijing, as the luxury brand raises its stake in mainland China.
Located in the Chinese capital’s Taikoo Li Sanlitun luxury retail district, the relocated Acne Studios Beijing store is one of the Swedish brand’s largest globally, spanning two-storeys and covering 436sq m of retail space.
Drenched in the Stockholm-based brand’s pale pink colourway, the store was designed in partnership with local Swedish interior design firm Halleröd, with bespoke furniture by British designer Max Lamb, with lighting by and French artist Benoit Lalloz.
Daniel Silver, the British artist, created a series of black and green mannequin sculptures that sit throughout the space. In addition to Acne Studios’ latest men’s and women’s collections, the revamped store location will also retail a line of limited-edition pieces in different shades of pink.
