Luxury hospitality owner-operator Namron Hospitality will debut its first property in the US this year with a hotel in Miami Beach.
The opening of Le Particulier in Miami Beach is set for 22 October 2025. Housed in a restored Art Deco building, the hotel offers 54 rooms and Namron’s healthy food concept, Los Bowls de Guadalupe.
Additional openings are planned in Mexico. The La Valise Los Cabos, launching 15 November 2025, will join Namron’s luxury hotel brand La Valise alongside properties in Mexico City, Tulum, San Miguele de Allende and Mazunte.
The 10-key hotel was originally a private home and is set on 12 acres of beachfront. Due to its location, outdoor experiences include whale watching, surfing, photography lessons and more.
Further ahead into 2026, El Cortés will open in March. Located in the Roma Norte neighbourhood of Mexico City, the property has been restored by architectural firm COMAL.
