Arada Launches Fitness-Led Branded Residence

The AED1.7bn Inaura Downtown development will comprise a luxury hotel and 114 branded residences including triple-storey, duplex and full-floor homes.

Arada announced the launch of Inaura, a fitness-led hospitality and branded residences concept with its debut project in Downtown Dubai, on Wednesday. Sales are set to launch by the end of January.

The AED1.7bn (US$462.9M) Inaura Downtown development will comprise a luxury hotel and 114 branded residences including triple-storey, duplex and full-floor homes. Designed by Dutch architectural firm MVRDV, the tower will rise over 200m across 42 floors.

A standout feature will be a central orb structure that will house social and dining spaces offering 360-degree views across Burj Khalifa, Business Bay and Dubai Mall. Inaura Downtown will include a three-storey, six-bedroom Sky Penthouse, two duplex five-bedroom Sky Villas and a range of one- to four-bedroom apartments. The hotel section will occupy the lower ten floors of the building.

Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud, Executive Vice Chairman of Arada, said: “Wellbeing today is defined by energy, movement and how we live day to day. Inaura brings this to life by creating places where physical vitality and urban experience meet. This brand reflects how people now want to live: connected to their environment and supported by spaces that foster momentum.”
