Opening its doors on today, the restaurant returns with a refined vision under the leadership of Chef de Cuisine Pravish Shetty, who brings two decades of experience shaped under the mentorship of Michelin-starred Chef Vineet Bhatia.
Celebrated for its 11-course seasonal tasting menu, Arcadia by Amala reintroduces its signature omakase-style, chef’s-choice Indian tasting menu – a unique culinary journey that blends traditional Indian flavours with contemporary techniques. Each course presents a thoughtful exploration of India’s diverse regional cuisines, brought to life through refined craftmanship and vibrant spice profiles.
