The Canadian fashion brand is set to open a two-floor, more than 25,000sq ft store in Manhattan’s Flatiron district.

It’s Aritzia’s third New York City flagship, following its SoHo outpost, which moved to an expanded location in November 2024 and a location on Fifth Avenue, which opened in December of that same year.

The new Flatiron flagship, which is located in an 1869 building, will replace a nearby Aritzia store that is scheduled to close. It’s also triple the size of the soon-to-close store.

In October, Aritzia reported that its quarterly revenue surged by nearly a third, led by rising sales in the US, where sales rose 41 per cent. With 72 stores in the US, the brand has said it sees the potential to expand to approximately 200 locations across the nation.

Aritzia flagships are designed as multi-level, experiential spaces. The new Flatiron store includes an expansive “A-OK Café”, with specialty menus and lounge seating. Aritzia now has 140 stores total in North America, including 72 in the US.
