The company has unveiled Ayala Malls Gatewalk, a 56,000sq m mall and lifestyle destination located in the province of Cebu, Philippines, as part of its expansion plans in the country.
Set to open in December this year, it will be a four-level, air-conditioned complex connected to an office tower and a public transport hub.
The company said that the mall will be anchored by IKEA, marking the Swedish home furnishings retailer’s first store in Cebu and the wider Visayas region. Spanning around 4,000sq m, IKEA will offer its full range of home solutions.
