Leading retail and leisure destination, Derbion, has announced that international beauty brand Bath & Body Works will be joining its line-up later this year.

The retailer has selected Derbion for its first location in the East Midlands after it signed a 10-year lease to occupy a 1,425sq ft store. The new Derbion store will bring Bath & Body Works’ wide range of luxurious fragrances, skincare products and home essentials to Derby shoppers as it continues its UK expansion.

The US-based retailer currently operates across 54 locations in the UK and Ireland, with 13 dedicated stores, all of which stock its array of scents from popular classics, like Japanese Cherry Blossom and Gingham, to seasonal favourites.

Bath & Body Works becomes the latest international brand to come to Derbion following the recent arrivals of FatFace, Victoria’s Secret, Castore and Seasalt, as the shopping centre continues to evolve its line-up.

The announcement also follows confirmation that Primark will open in 2027, alongside the recent arrivals of Wingstop and Boots Opticians and Hearing Care alongside HMV’s expanded store set to open soon.

Beth McDonald, Managing Director at Derbion said: “We’re delighted that Bath & Body Works will be joining the centre and we’re incredibly proud to have been selected as its first location for a dedicated store in the East Midlands. The decision is testament to the continued evolution of Derbion as we cement our position as the home of beauty in the region. The addition of Bath & Body Works, as well as the arrival of Primark and a raft of recent openings, demonstrates our ongoing commitment to delivering the very best retail and leisure experience for our shoppers and we look forward to announcing further centre news soon.”
