The addition of St. Vital Centre and Pen Centre will increase BGO’s retail assets under administration by over 2 million square feet.
St. Vital is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba and occupies 927,000sq ft of leasable space and is home to around 160 stores and services. The centre is anchored by internationally-recognised brands including Hudson’s Bay, London Drugs, Silver City, Sport Chek and Walmart. Homesense and Marshall’s are both to set to open soon.
The centre is known for its extensive food offering and welcomes as many as 8 million visitors per year.
Pen Centre is located in the Niagara Region of Ontatio and with a leasable area of over 1,072,000 square feet is hailed as the largest enclosed shopping centre in the area. The centre welcomes an estimated 10 million customers per year.
Hudson’s Bay, Landmark Cinema’s, Walmart, Winners/Homesense, H&M, Zehrs and a new Sport Chek concept store anchor the centre.
