SIORA is a two million square feeet coastal sanctuary inspired by Japanese garden principles, emphasising wellbeing, balance, nature and purposeful waterfront living.
The developer describes SIORA as a coastal sanctuary shaped by Japanese garden philosophies, centred on the principles of balance, clarity and the pursuit of Ikigai – the idea of finding purpose and fulfilment in everyday life. The masterplan aims to restore harmony between people, nature and place through architecture and landscape design that emphasise wellbeing and connection.
SIORA dedicates more than 70 per cent of its total area to green, open spaces with over 1.5 million square feet of landscaped environments designed to enhance comfort and connect residents with the waterfront. With six kilometres of continuous beachfront, the sea plays a central role in daily life and outdoor wellbeing.
Shaded pedestrian routes, landscaped terraces and thoughtfully placed vantage points create cooler microclimates while offering uninterrupted views towards the horizon. Artistic and cultural installations inspired by Japanese aesthetics will further define the public realm, introducing sculptural landmarks that elevate the community’s identity.
