Bijin Nabe to debut in Hong Kong

AP Company – The Japanese ‘farm-to-table’ restaurant group is expanding in Hong Kong with the local debut of its hot-pot brand Bijin Nabe. Bijin Bade, named after the group’s signature ‘collagen-rich chicken beauty stock’ – the venue is now open at APM Millennium City 5, which is located in Kwun Tong.

AP Company has expanded to 200 restaurants in both Japan and Singapore, based on the reputation of its ‘super supplement stock’ which is boiled for a total of eight hours from free-range chickens, free from steroids, hormones and antibiotics and finally raised at its own poultry farms within Japan. The focus of Bijin Nabe is on young millennial consumers, focusing mainly on three key concept, which are simply: beauty, tasty and healthy.

‘Bijin Nabe is establishing a niche with ‘per person’ hotpots in a dining style usually designed for groups, with the added appeal of fashionable and ‘instagrammable’ appetisers, desserts, alternative specialty dishes, mocktails, cocktails and home-made vegetable juices.‘ – Bijin Nabe, MD Masashi Kamatani
