The company has announced the launch of ‘Carmona’, a new phase of its Bloom Living community in Abu Dhabi.
Carmona is part of the eighth phase of Bloom Living and offers premium townhouses ranging from two- to three-bedrooms. It is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2028 with prices starting from $520,000 and comes with attractive post-handover payment plans.
Named after a Spanish town, Carmona is inspired by Mediterranean Spanish architecture. The townhouses will be designed to enhance indoor-outdoor living with elegant finishes, high ceilings and large windows. The communal areas have spacious courtyards and access to top-class amenities.
Carlos Wakim, the CEO of Bloom Holding, commented: “Bloom Living is a testament to Bloom Holding’s dedication to reimagining community living and delivering outstanding results. The exceptional sales results we are witnessing with each launch at this fully integrated and all-inclusive community signifies our ability to offer best-in-class customer experiences and our proven track record in delivering thoughtfully designed projects. The launch of Carmona builds on our legacy of introducing high-quality residential projects that meet the evolving needs of our customers. We are confident that this phase will see the same strong demand from investors and end users as our previously launched phases.”
Those living within Carmona will benefit from a wide range of facilities available at Bloom Living within a short walking distance. The development features multiple uninterrupted and interconnected parks and a Clubhouse, which provides easy access to pools, sports and recreational facilities. It also has multi-purpose amphitheatres for gatherings and leisure activities and Sunset and Sunrise Plazas with spectacular views.
At the heart of Bloom Living is a Town Center that offers an array of restaurants and cafés, as well as several retail options and services such as a medical clinic, a wellness centre and a supermarket. Another focal point at Bloom Living will be a large lake around which residents can walk, run and cycle on designated trails.
