BOL.COM customers will be able to pick up their order(s), that they place on the website bol.com from a Delhaize Store of their choice at no extra cost. The retailer is set to test the service by carrying out a pilot scheme during the summer, then extending it to the Flanders region in Belgium.
The partnership between BOL.COM and Delhaize aims to offer better customer services at a regional level. BOL.COM will open a branch office in Antwerp for better collaboration with Belgian retailers who sell products on the brand’s platform and additionally it will create opportunities to form new partnerships with local producers.
