The chic Mediterranean beach bar venue, Ula, offers alfresco drinking and dining with stunning views.
The new Ula location occupies the spot formerly held by a popular steakhouse West 14th at Dukes, The Palm and has been transformed and revamped to boast a chic Mediterranean aesthetic. The central area is dominated by a huge tree with a circular bar wrapped around it and there are cream ropes draping across the wooden beams to make a beach canopy.
Brought to life by Solution Leisure, the team behind concepts such as STK, Asia Asia, Lock Stock and Barrel, Baby Q and Koyo, Ula offers guests a Mediterranean themed menu with dishes that have been inspired by such countries as Greece and Spain. Guests can enjoy fresh salads such as burrata, chicken or beef gyros, maki, tapas and pizzas. A brilliant range of cocktails and other typical drinks are available too.
The venue is located next to the beautiful infinity pool at Dukes, The Palm, and it also offers pool passes. Weekday passes are priced at Dhs100 with Dhs50 redeemable on food and beverages, and on weekends the passes double in price to Dhs200 with Dhs100 redeemable.
