Barcelona-founded all-day dining brand Brunch & Cake has opened its first location in Kuwait, introducing a premium concept called Aurora as it expands further across the Gulf. The new restaurant, Aurora by Brunch & Cake, has opened at The Avenues mall in Kuwait City and marks the brand’s debut in the country, the company said in a statement.
Brunch & Cake, founded in 2012, operates 23 locations worldwide and has built a following for its large-format dishes and design-led interiors. Its entry into Kuwait forms part of its continued expansion in the Gulf Cooperation Council region.
Aurora is positioned as a refined evolution of the brand’s core offering, described by the company as a premium casual dining concept. The venue blends Brunch & Cake’s signature menu with an additional selection developed exclusively for Aurora.
New dishes include items such as a Lobster Croffle, Poached Pear Porridge and Giant Fries topped with truffle and parmesan, alongside existing menu staples including the Next Level Avo Toast and B&C Shakshuka. The beverage menu features speciality drinks, mocktails and juices tailored to local preferences.
