LIVERPOOL, N.Y. — You can eat it, drink it, and put it on your body, without getting high. A store selling CBD, or cannabidiol, sourced from the hemp plant, will open in Liverpool Saturday.
“There’s many wellness benefits, from anxiety, to helping with seizures, anti-inflammatory. It’s a pretty broad range,” said store spokesperson Kaelan Castetter.
Now, you’ll be able to buy it when “Your CBD store” opens in Liverpool Plaza on Old Liverpool Road.
Castetter says there are more than 20 similar stores around the country. It’s one of a few others in New York State. There’s a CBD store in Horseheads and Vestal already.
“Topicals, edibles, water-soluble mixes, really anything that you need to get different levels of CBD,” said Castetter.
