The company is about to open its first store in the capital, located in prime venue Ortega y Gasset, where it will share the street with Chanel and Valentino. Céline doubles its bet on the Spanish market. The company, owned by the LVMH group and renewed last year under the creative direction of Heidi Slimane, is about to open its second flagship store in Spain, located in Madrid.
Two years after landing in the country with its first point of sale in Paseo de Gracia, in Barcelona, the company will arrive now now to Spain’s capital city with the opening of a store in Ortega y Gasset. Céline will set up in number 16 of the prime street in Madrid, where it will share pavement with other luxury heavyweight brands, such as Valentino or Chanel.
