Chick-fil-A Unveils Locally Operated Singapore Outlet

The company has entered Singapore’s foodservice market with the opening of its first locally owned and operated outlet at Bugis+.

Located at 201 Victoria Street, the restaurant is run by Singapore native Chyn Koh, who brings experience from the local food and beverage sector.

The menu largely mirrors the chain’s US offering, including the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich and Waffle Potato Fries, but introduces a Singapore-exclusive Spicy Chilli Sauce created to cater to local taste preferences.

While the brand is known in the US for its service culture, the Singapore store appears focused on positioning itself as a gathering space. A central feature is a Community Table, a standard element in Chick-fil-A’s global footprint but adapted locally through a collaboration with Singaporean artist Cheok Keng Lye.

“Our Community Table serves as more than just a place to dine – it’s designed to bring people together,” said Hugh Park, Head of Asia Pacific Operations at Chick-fil-A (Asia). “We hope it inspires Guests to slow down, share a meal and connect meaningfully with one another.”

The interior also includes a full-length mural blending local visual icons such as the Merlion, the Singapore Flyer and smooth-coated otters with Chick-fil-A motifs like waffle fries, dipping sauces and milkshakes.
