Street’s Clarks Original store has opened its door in the very building where Clarks was first founded almost 200 years ago.
Clarks Originals silhouettes including the inimitable Desert Boot and cult classic Wallabee have been loved across the globe for decades and will now be available to shop within Clarks ancestral home.
Built with the help of local Street suppliers, Clarks second standalone Originals store in the UK celebrates the history and future of these authentic icons, that remain the heart and soul of the Clarks brand.
Customers can shop new-season Originals styles, as well as order from the entire classic range and collect in-store. Iconic shoes from the brand’s collaborations are also on display – from the recent 80s-inspired Clarks Originals x Levi’s Vintage collection to its longstanding partnership with streetwear legends Supreme.
Celebrating the roots of Clarks Originals, the store also showcases key moments from the brand’s rich history, including archival shoe fobs, how signature styles are constructed, and the Clarks and Jamaica book, that marks the special, long-standing connection between Clarks Originals and the island’s culture.
Immersed in the unique Originals DNA, customers can also experience the brand’s latest launches and campaign films on screens around the store.
