Arada has awarded a AED1.55bn main construction contract for W Residences at Dubai Harbour to Engineering Contracting Co., marking a significant milestone in the delivery of the luxury waterfront development.
Under the agreement, Engineering Contracting Co. will deliver all three towers of W Residences at Dubai Harbour. The project, valued at AED5bn, will comprise 490 luxury branded residences across the trio of towers, together with a range of premium amenities located within a landscaped connecting podium.
Early works are already progressing on site. Excavation and piling activities commenced following the award of an AED51M contract to APCC Piling & Marine Contracting.
The 40-storey development will be operated by Marriott International and is targeting LEED Silver certification. It will offer a selection of apartments and duplexes, in addition to rooftop penthouses featuring private pools.
