Dar Global has officially launched Trump Plaza Jeddah, marking its third collaboration in Saudi Arabia with The Trump Organisation. Valued at more than $1bn, the development is located within the Amaya project along King Abdulaziz Road and follows the launch of Trump Tower Jeddah in December 2024.
Positioned as “Jeddah’s Most Connected Address”, Trump Plaza Jeddah is designed as a fully integrated mixed-use destination that brings together residential, office, retail and dining within a single connected urban address.
The residential component comprises fully furnished one-, two- and three-bedroom Trump Executive Residences, premium two-, three- and four-bedroom Trump Park Residences and exclusive four-bedroom Trump Townhouses.
The scheme also includes dedicated home offices, premium retail and curated dining options. Optional rental management services are available, targeting international owners seeking a turnkey ownership experience.
