The company has revealed the highly anticipated Nickelodeon Hotels and Resorts at its AIDA project in Oman.

The development forms a key component of the wider AIDA masterplan and is positioned as both a luxury family travel destination and an investment opportunity within Oman’s expanding tourism sector.

The resort is perched 130m above the sea within AIDA’s clifftop community and offers furnished, themed luxury suites and family-focused rooms, ranging from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom residences.

The Nickelodeon Hotel will offer 120 keys and combines luxury hospitality with immersive, themed entertainment. Guests and owners will have access to an Aqua Nick waterpark featuring slides and splash zones, themed dining venues, Club Nick – the hotel’s kids-only clubhouse – and continuous entertainment including game shows, slime experiences and character appearances.

The broader AIDA development is a joint venture with Omran Group, Oman’s leading tourism development entity. Spanning 3.5 million square metres, the masterplan integrates luxury golf, residential and hospitality offerings, including mansions, limited-edition villas and high-end apartments.

The development aims to enhance Oman’s international profile as a destination for tourism, lifestyle living and long-term investment.
