The company is adding 2.3 million square feet to its existing 4.2 million square feet portfolio, with 3 premium neighbourhood plazas and 2 retail office spaces also planned.
DLF Retail has announced that six new properties will join their portfolio as part of their robust expansion plans. This will include three new premium neighbourhood plazas: Summit Plaza in DLF 5, Gurugram; Midtown Plaza in Moti Nagar, Delhi; and New Gurgaon Plaza in Sector 91, Gurgugram. Alongside this, the company is adding 2 office retail spaces and The Hub in Chennai and Cyber Park in Gurgaon.

With these six new properties, DLF Retail will uncover 6.5 million square feet of futuristic retail spaces. The expansion will aim at offering focused and curated shopping whilst also bringing together F&B districts and inspiring cultural experiences.
