The signature colours of Dolce&Gabbana – black, gold and red – are used throughout the interiors, designed in collaboration with M2Atelier studio. The building itself – a 1,049ft tower – will be designed in collaboration with architects Studio Sofield.

Alfonso Dolce, CEO at Dolce&Gabbana said: “After the launch of our Casa Collection in 2021, it was natural to follow with a hotel and residential strategy ensuring the very best of Italian hospitality. For us, the cultural vibrancy of Miami is the perfect backdrop for our world debut in the real estate sector with ‘fatto a mano’ (handmade) craftsmanship at its heart. The project will embody the very essence of the Dolce&Gabbana universe – a luxurious, timeless design experience.”
