Titled Popshelf, the new retail concept store is aimed at more upscale shoppers who still love a bargain.

Expected to debut in the coming weeks with two locations, the new Popshelf store’s will offer customers a mix of merchandise, with everything from seasonal items to home décor available. As well as health and beauty products, cleaning and home supplies, party goods, arts and crafts supplies and more all available in the stores. The products offered in the stores will be constantly refreshed.
