ECE Brings Brands to its Shopping Centres

ECE continues to strengthen its international tenant portfolio and to focus on expanding its position as a key partner for the growth of strong brands.

This year, the US brands ‘Victoria’s Secret’ and ‘Bath & Bodyworks’ as well as the Max Mara concept ‘Intrend’ are opening stores in ECE shopping centres in Germany for the first time. The lease contracts have already been signed and additional stores are set to follow.

“With new international brands, we are strengthening our tenant portfolio, bringing new attractions to ECE centres and further expanding our position as a strategic partner for the expansion of international brands and concepts,” says Joanna Fisher, CEO of ECE. “This demonstrates that the retail market in Germany and Europe remains highly dynamic and is particularly attractive for international brands.”

The US brand Victoria’s Secret will open its first store in a shopping centre in Germany and with ECE, at the Altmarkt-Galerie in Dresden in late 2026. The American scent and body care concept Bath & Body Works will open a store at the Rhein-Center in Cologne in the third quarter of 2026. The fashion concept Intrend will celebrate another German premiere at the end of 2026 at the Olympia Einkaufszentrum Munich.
