ECE is developing a logistics facility with customizable spaces and a multi-use concept in South Germany: The “Logistik Center Stuttgart-Heilbronn” is located in the Baden-Württemberg city of Möckmühl near Heilbronn adjacent to freeway A81. Situated in the “Habichtshöfe” industrial park it is well-connected to the traffic network of this strong economic region. A large number of companies is based in the Heilbronn/Stuttgart region which have a high demand for modern logistics spaces.

The state-of-the-art logistics facility has a leasable area of 57,000 m² and consists of two buildings that can be divided into units of 10,000 m² or more. The property is suitable for both multiple tenants or a single tenant. In addition, the location enables a 24/7 use without restrictions. The property also encompasses separate premium-standard office and social areas. The logistics center will be available following its planned completion in Q4 of 2021. The construction start is scheduled for spring 2020.  E&G Real Estate has procured the plot of land and will also exclusively assume the marketing for the leasable area of the property.

The logistics center has been planned to be very energy efficient and to meet the highest sustainability standards. ECE strives to receive a DGNB gold certification for it. Through the sustainable construction method and the low-energy consumption the tenants will benefit from low ancillary Costs.

Furthermore, ECE is planning new logistics centers at other locations. Construction for “Logistik Center Berlin Süd I” in Königs Wusterhausen at the Berlin Ring will already commence in December 2019, the completion has been scheduled for Q4 2020.
