BROOKFIELD PLAcE
New York city, US Brookfield Place is a new kind of urban centre. It uses world-class plan-
ning and design to transform expansive, underutilised areas within the
most important cities of the 21st century. It puts new districts on the
map, by creating a uniquely welcoming, light-filled environment that re-
centres the surrounding neighbourhood. It gives the entire city a platform
to discover what’s happening now in global and local culture – from food
and shopping to public art and events.

FosUn Xi’an dahUa 1935
Designed by Woods Bagot, the vision behind Fosun Xian Dahua was to
transform a historical factory into a world-class entertainment landmark.
Dahua 1935 is located in Xi’an’s urban centre, the site sits next to Dam-
ing Palace, the Tang Dynasty’s royal residence and a national heritage site
which attract thousands of tourists every year. The concept also references
the efficiency of the traditional linear, grid-like layout of the textile mill itself.

Opened in 2018, Shoukai Longfor Chengdu Xichen Paradise Walk
is the retail component of an integrated complex in the heart of west
Chengdu, at the base of two office towers and adjacent to the residential
component. As the pilot project of the third-generation Paradise Walk
brand, the mall rethinks the brand’s retail strategies to place focus on
designed experiences and sets a new benchmark for future projects.

Singapore and CapitaLand’s largest single development in China at
RMB24 billion, at the heart of the 1.12 million square metre Raffles City
Chongqing megastructure is the 235,000sq m shopping centre, which has
been integrated within a transport hub comprising a metro station, bus

chengdu, china interchange, cruise centre and ferry terminal. In addition, the develop-
ment comprises Ascott Raffles City Chongqing serviced residence, In-
terContinental Raffles City Chongqing Hotel, Grade-A office space and
luxury apartments within eight skyscrapers.

The Galleria al maryah island
The Galleria Al Maryah Island is a place to gather, to make friends,
to discover a side of the city that you never knew, and a place that will
become the centre of Abu Dhabi’s social life. In 2013, The Galleria Al
Maryah Island opened its luxury and waterfront dining collection. On 4
September 2019, the doors opened to its dramatic and fantastic expan-
sion which features 300 new shops and boutiques and 100 F&B outlets.
