The world-renowned restaurant chain Five Guys has agreed a lease for a new 3,787 sq ft store at the shopping centre on Almondvale Avenue, Livingston, Scotland. The new outlet is due to open on Monday 13th September following a full refurbishment of the unit.
Five Guys will join a range of existing food and beverage operators at The Centre, including Wagamama, Nando’s, Chiquito and Harvester. The restaurant opening is part of Five Guys’ ongoing expansion in the UK, offering diners fully customisable burgers and fries – all cooked to order. Five Guys was established in 1986 by the Murrell family in Virginia and launched in the UK in 2013, opening in Covent Garden on 4th July.
Five Guys prides itself on using the freshest ingredients. This results in delicious burgers and fries of the highest quality, whilst the fries are hand cut every morning and cooked in peanut oil to create a mouth-watering taste. Using fresh ingredients there are 250,000 possible combinations to order your burger at Five Guys as well as over 1,000 possible ways to customise your milkshake! The Centre, a c.856,000 sq ft, 160 unit shopping centre in Livingston, is one of the most established regional shopping centres in Britain. It is fully let to a broad range of occupiers with a diverse array of leisure and shopping offerings and contains 100% of Livingston’s high street retail space.
