State of Play Hospitality, a leading operator of tech-enabled social entertainment concepts, has announced it has signed a lease for Flight Club at Nashville Yards, a premier 19-acre mixed-use development in downtown Nashville.
Flight Club Nashville marks the 15th signed lease, with 11 locations currently operating across the US, underscoring the company’s continued national expansion.
As with every Flight Club, Flight Club Nashville will incorporate locally inspired features while showcasing the brand’s core design pillars of the Victorian fairground and British pub. The concept pairs its engaging Social Darts® gameplay with a thoughtfully curated menu of full- and zero-proof cocktails and elevated, chef-driven shareable plates. Together, the venue will create a vibrant entertainment experience suited for team outings, celebrations and social gatherings for all sizes.
With its arrival at Nashville Yards, Flight Club will add to the city’s blossoming hospitality and entertainment landscape, reinforcing Nashville’s position as a destination for social, experience-driven concepts.
“Nashville is a city that thrives on culture, live energy and shared experiences, which makes it a natural fit for Flight Club,” said Toby Harris, President and CEO of State of Play Hospitality, which licenses Flight Club in North America. “For years, we’ve been waiting to find the right location in the market. We couldn’t be more excited to be opening alongside so many great concepts in Nashville Yards.”
Set to open in early 2027 at 20 Platform Way South (on the first floor of The Pinnacle music venue), Flight Club Nashville will join a dynamic mix of hospitality, entertainment and office tenants within Nashville Yards. The campus blends luxury residential, Class-A office space, live music venues and award-winning dining and hospitality offerings, positioning it as a central hub for both locals and visitors.
“We are very pleased to announce Flight Club’s arrival at Nashville Yards! They bring an entirely new offering to our collection of extraordinary entertainment amenities at a great spot in the project to rest, relax, play imbibe and just enjoy life,” said Cary Mack, Managing Partner, Southwest Value Partners.
