Manchester-born Neapolitan pizzeria Forbici has opened the doors to its newest site at The Orient, Trafford Centre, marking the brand’s third location.
The new opening represents another milestone in Forbici’s rapid growth since launching its first pizzeria just over a year ago. The innovative pizza brand has developed a strong reputation for its uncompromising approach to authentic Neapolitan pizza with acclaimed chef Marco Pierre White describing it as the “best ever”.
Forbici also recently received global acclaim after being named among the world’s top 100 pizzerias in the Best Pizza Awards held in Milan. Following the successful opening of its Sheffield site earlier this year, Trafford Centre becomes the latest step in the pizzeria’s expansion plans.
Diners can expect Forbici’s distinctive take on pizza combining traditional techniques with carefully sourced ingredients. At the heart of every pizza is the brand’s signature three-generation ‘Biga’ dough, which is slow fermented to create a light and airy crust. Premium Italian ingredients, including sweet San Marzano tomatoes and high-quality cheeses and cured meats, are selected to elevate every topping.
